Uniwater Enters into Agreement to Acquire NOKA AS – Expands with Specialists in Drinking Water Treatment
Uniwater has entered into an agreement to acquire NOKA AS, a Norwegian engineering and service company specialising in drinking water treatment for municipal and industrial customers. With NOKA AS, Uniwater expands its presence in Norway. Following the acquisition, Uniwater has four operating subsidiaries in Norway.

NOKA is a market-leading specialist in water treatment in Norway and offers services and technical solutions for drinking water treatment through membrane filtration and UV disinfection. In addition, the company provides aftermarket services with consulting, maintenance and delivery of spare parts and chemicals.
Uniwater has a strong portfolio with a wide range of niche specialists to build the water infrastructure of the future. We are building our capacity for complete solutions in all markets where we operate. Market leader in drinking water
NOKA was founded in 1973, as an engineering company focusing on water purification. Since 1995, NOKA has been supplying membrane filter systems for both small and large water utilities in Norway, and the majority of these are based on filtration with nanotechnology.
