MWA President Elected as International Water Association Vice President

President of Malaysian Water Association (MWA), Dr Ir Ts Mohmad Asari Daud was elected as the Vice President of the International Water Association (IWA) at the recent General Assembly of the International Water Association in Toronto, Canada.

In a statement by MWA Vice President, Adam Saffian Ghazali, Mohmad Asari will serve for two years until the 2026 General Assembly in Glasgow.

Dr. Ir. Ts. Mohmad Asari’s election as Vice President is a remarkable achievement that aligns with Kuching, Sarawak being chosen as the host city for the 2028 World Water Congress and Exhibition, where he also serves as the Congress President.
