Indo Water 2026 as Key Platform for Indonesia’s Sustainable Water and Wastewater Development
Celebrating 25 years of groundbreaking achievement and proudly entering its 20th edition, Indo Water Expo & Forum stands stronger than ever as Indonesia’s foremost showcase for the water and wastewater industry. PT Napindo Media Ashatama (Napindo) as the organiser, consistently brings together leading stakeholders including government officials, regulators, water and sewerage companies, manufacturers, industrial users, consultants and industry experts who rely on this gathering to shape strategies, explore innovations and build long term collaborations.
The accelerating development of Indonesia’s modern urban sanitation infrastructure, driven by Indonesia’s Ministry of Public Works through the Jakarta Sewerage Development Project (JSDP) Zone 1, highlights the nation’s commitment to building a cleaner, healthier and more resilient capital city. JSDP Zone 1, which has reached over 40% construction progress, includes a centralised wastewater treatment system in Pluit with a planned capacity of 240,000m³ per day and an extensive sewer network serving nearly one million residents across North, West and Central Jakarta. As Indonesia advances these priority sanitation initiatives to support sustainable urban growth, Indo Water 2026 Expo & Forum will be the strategic platform for global technology providers, solution innovators, policymakers and contractors to connect directly. In line with its vision of strengthening global connectivity, Napindo proudly announces Indo Water’s participation in WaterTech Asia 2025 at Penang Waterfront Convention Centre (PWCC), Malaysia, from 2-4 December 2025. This presence reinforces Indonesia’s growing role in advancing the water sector in Asia and affirms Napindo’s commitment to international collaboration.
Indo Water, which was held incorporating with Indo Waste & Recycling, Indo Renergy & Electric, and Indonesia International Smart City Expo & Forum marked a new milestone in 2025, achieving a total gross exhibition area of 15,888 square metres and receiving an overwhelming response from 620 exhibitors from 26 countries, including 12 international country pavilions.
