Toray Launching High-Performance, Long-Lifespan Water Filter Pitcher and Water Purifier Cartridge

Toray Industries, Inc., announced that it will launch the PTC.SLV household water purifier cartridge in early April. This offering swiftly filters 16 substances designated under the Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) and lasts three times longer than existing counterparts. The company will simultaneously release the TorayvinoTM PT307SLV, a water filter pitcher employing this cartridge. The PTC.SLV cartridge is also fully compatible for other Torayvino pitchers.

A Toray survey of water filter pitcher users revealed that the most common downsides were short cartridge lives, frequent replacement hassles and high running costs.

The PTC.SLV cartridge is the most durable with Torayvino PT307SLV series pitchers, with a six-month lifespan. Its proprietary filtration system also ensures outstanding removal and fast filtration, making it convenient for drinking and food preparation. It ensures safe, delicious water, filtering 16 substances and also removes PFOS (perfluorooctanesulfonic acids) and PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acids).
