LG Water Solutions Unveils New Technology Offerings at 2024 IDRA World Congress

In a significant stride towards becoming a comprehensive water solutions provider, LG Water Solutions introduced two groundbreaking product lines at the IDRA World Congress, held from 9-13 December in Abu Dhabi. These innovations underscore the company’s commitment to advancing water treatment technologies.

The first of the new offerings, QuantumFlux™ Ultrafiltration (UF) and Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) Membranes, are engineered with advanced Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) chemistry through the thermally induced phase separation (TIPS) process. These hollow fibre membranes promise superior chemical and mechanical durability, catering to the increasing demand for reliable ultrafiltration and membrane bioreactor solutions across various water treatment applications.

The second product line, QuantumPure™ Ion Exchange (IX) Resins, includes high-performance resins such as SAC, SBA, WAC, WBA and mixed-bed resins in multiple ionic forms. These resins are designed for applications ranging from deionisation and softening to selective ion removal, offering consistent quality, excellent chemical resistance and extended service life. The cutting-edge manufacturing processes behind QuantumPure™ resins aim to reduce maintenance and replacement costs, thereby enhancing operational efficiency.
