SPAN Incubator Hub Opens to Drive Innovation in Malaysia’s Water and Sewerage Sector
The National Water Services Commission (SPAN) has announced the opening of participation for the SPAN Incubator Hub, a dedicated platform aimed at accelerating innovation across Malaysia’s water and sewerage sector.
The initiative brings together startups, researchers, technology providers and industry stakeholders to transform promising ideas into practical, real-world solutions that address the sector’s evolving challenges and opportunities.
Through the SPAN Incubator Hub, participants will have the opportunity to present and validate innovative technologies, engage with key industry players and regulators, gain visibility through the SPAN Innovative & Technology Exchange (SPITE) platform and explore pilot implementation opportunities with water and sewerage operators.
The programme supports the advancement of Malaysia’s Water Sector Transformation Agenda (AIR2040) by fostering collaboration, encouraging technology adoption and strengthening the nation’s innovation ecosystem.
