Building on the success of the 2026 edition, WATERTECH CHINA 2027, the 19th Shanghai International Water Show, will relocate to the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) in Pudong, Shanghai.

Scheduled for 16–18 June 2027, the move marks a significant milestone in the exhibition’s continued growth. The new venue will provide an enhanced exhibition environment, supporting greater international participation while creating more opportunities for business networking, sourcing and technology exchange.

Strong Buyer Engagement Delivers Tangible Business Results
Beyond its impressive scale, WATERTECH CHINA 2026 distinguished itself through the quality of its buyers and the business opportunities created throughout the exhibition.

The event welcomed 6,205 key buyers representing municipal utilities, industrial manufacturers, EPC contractors, distributors and international trading companies. Their strong purchasing demand reinforced the exhibition’s role as a results-driven business platform, enabling exhibitors to engage directly with qualified decision-makers and explore new commercial opportunities.

To further enhance sourcing efficiency, 1,832 online and onsite business matchmaking meetings were arranged, creating targeted one-to-one connections between exhibitors and professional buyers before and during the exhibition. These matchmaking activities helped accelerate procurement discussions and supported more effective business cooperation.

The exhibition also achieved an impressive 93% exhibitor satisfaction rate and 94% visitor satisfaction rate, highlighting strong recognition of the event’s visitor quality, business effectiveness and overall exhibition experience.
